Huffing fumes

On Monday, Oscarina's room turned a corner, with a new coat(s) of light green paint. "Seagrass" is the color actually. At the same time, both bathrooms were painted to match the hallway and guest room and we are totally high on fumes. Teenagers with bad haircuts are dropping by trying to escape their angst.

Not really, but I came home Monday and Melissa (rightly concerned about Oscarina's well being,) was in the car under the carport windows down reading a book as the remnants of Hurricane Fay soaked the yard. So it was kind of a rough night, but after we shut the doors to the painted rooms, pulled out every fan we had and opened all the windows, we only had to deal with the damp air from the rain outside. But we need the rain.
